Biography[]
A young Amani'shi spy, orphaned and mentored by one of Nalorakk's Guards, who was on his first mission, the gathering of intel and the interrogation of a captured Blood Elf, when Zul'Aman was attacked by raiders.
In the battle for the city, he loses his mentor, and subsequently, his motivation to continue the mission. He releases the elf, but only a short time later, his prisoner finds his way back to him, this time for his own purposes. Purposes Vijanwi has a hard time coming to terms with himself.
A second incident not long after causes the young troll to also lose his hearing, and with it any hopes on a future in his mentor's footsteps. Things seem bleak ... until he hears from a traveler about Outlands and its wondrous vegetation.
Together with his new companion, Vijanwi (who has always had a love for plants and their abilities) is now exploring the new world and its flora.
In Wrath of the Lich King[]
As news of a Scourge Invasion reach Outlands, Vijanwi and Kel'rinar decide to join the battle at the side of Kel'rinar's former Mentor Jil'nasas Sheidore. In his role as Kel'rinar's protector, Vijanwi puts up a fierce fight, but unexpected to everyone, he falls, not to the Scourge but to a lingering Warlock's Curse, in the middle of battle. Before his companions can reach him, his body is taken away.
Only weeks later, with the help of Lady Fedara'ine Beaugeste and the newly formed Order of the Ebon Blade, the elves can track down Vijanwi, who has been raised as a Knight in the Lich King's service, to Utgarde Keep in Northrend. While initially, Kel'rinar's efforts to bring back Vijanwi's's memories result more in a fragile guidance of the confused troll's will than an actual awakening, the presence of old friends and familiar places is now steadily helping Vijanwi to recover his sense of self and memories of his past life.
