Pell's face seems to have a permanent layer of either ink or grease but his beard and hair are some how immaculately clean. He's covered in pockets and pouches that are overflowing with various gidgets, gadgets, widgets, tools, and occasionally unmentionables.
Personality[]
Pell is a sweet, kind, old dwarf. He's also as looney as a cracked bin.
History[]
Formerly Sergeant Runegear of the Dwarven Legion, Pellinor gained some minor recognition as a steamtank pilot and engineer. When his tank was destroyed by a crashing Infernal however, Pellinor sustained a head injury that retired him from the field and eventually from military service.
He was given a job sorting and retrieving books and transcripts in the Library in Ironforge and was mostly left alone to tinker with his widgets in his free time. He invented Archimedes, a sentient automaton, during that time to help him keep track of his various gadgets, and also so that he'd have a friend.
Eventually he heard about a Lady Felena who conducted sermons in Stormwind and led a group called Winter's End who worked to help people. Wanting to be a part of the world again he made the journey to Stormwind to meet with Felena and joined Winter's End. His participation has been spotty however because, among other things, he is prone to forgetfulness and is a constant fugitive from the Ironforge retirement home (He don't need no rocking chair).
