Bemused and pleasant, Estaniel Legatt has of late been traipsing about Stormwind, without a whisper of an agenda or goal. Hazily, after a drink or two, he'll recount a life of scarlet dogma and half-dreamt death, but without clarity or conviction. It is, as he would say, the retelling of an old, heartfelt dream.

Though clearly a knight of the Silver Hand, desplaying the requisite powers with sufficient frequency, Legatt does not announce his presence to colleagues in the Cathedral District, nor does he advertise his services in the defense of the innocent and the liberties of the alliance. He is, for all intents and purposes, in a state of social, emotional and institutional limbo.
