Physical Description[]
Lacking any real adorments at all, Aamien is dressed in the simple fashion of a simple priest. His eyes smile, but also contain an intensity that would drill through an untruthful heart. He moves slow and with precision. At his belt is sometimes a small pack containing a number of letters, so many, that the pack is overflowing. Upon his right arm are two cords: one red, and one white. (These two cords represent one who is betrayal and one who is hope.) He will not wear the same garments each time you meet him. Sometimes he is dressed in the traditional white of a Priest. At other times, he is dressed in darker colors, for unknown reasons.
Personality[]
Aamien is, by Night Elf standards, moody. He will likely be found in one of two or three dispositions. Sometimes, he is light and carefree...quick to tell silly stories, and smiling and readily embracing his friends. Sometimes, he is more sober, coming into the station of an Elder and a teacher, seeking to learn as much as to teach. He asks lots of questions and listens intently, trying to determine the nature of both the question and the asker. When he is not jubilant or thoughtful, he is quiet and wishing not to speak or draw attention to himself. In the recent months, this mood has become more evident, except for recent days, in which he has shown signs of reverting back to his normal, joyful self.
Aamien smiles through whetever happens, and considers the ultimate virtue in life as being loyal to one's friends, putting their needs above his own.
History[]
(Aamien's history is not well known, nor publicized, but for reference's sake, I will post it here).
Aamien was discovered adrift in the sea by a boat of priests many ages ago. He was a small child at the time. They stumbled upon an island which had undergone some sort of desctruction, but he pointed to it and said, "Home." No family was every found of his, though they searched.
They brought him to the Temple to one Priestess Aur'Draythorn. She brought the child under her protection, and eventually made him a student. It is from her that he received his name, "Aamien Aur'Draythorn," as she gave him her family name and was in some respects, a mother to him. He was allowed to begin training as a Priest and had an otherwise uneventful childhood until the time he set out on his own.
His recent history, within the last four or so years, is eventful - sometimes wonderful, sometimes tragic. (This writer will do best to slowly unfold that history using stories, instead of attempting to finish it in this biography).
