Early Life[edit | edit source]
Bromie Rustbeard was born in the frigid cliffs of Dun Morogh to Bromlin and Bumli Rustbeard. His mother, Bumli, died in childbirth leaving Bromlin to raise Bromie on his own. After the death of his wife, Bromlin fell into a deep depression and would take his bitterness out on his young son by regularly beating him. At the age of 10, Bromie's father took ill and died shortly after. Trekking through the cold snows of the mountain, he eventually made his way to Ironforge where he became a ward of the state. At the age of 18, Bromie was enlisted in the army, two years before the Third War broke out.
