Habits and Quirks

• When not casting curses or stealing souls, she can be found reading or fishing
• Often helps out at the Shattrath Infirmary. (Why does a warlock volunteer at a hospital? Well people are sick there and die often. It’s common at an under staffed and low on supplies hospital. She is rarely short on shards.)
• Annie has an irrational fear of mechanical chickens.
• If anyone spends some time with her, they will realize that she is extremely klutzy, often tripping/falling over and occasionally mispronouncing spells when flustered.
• She owns the Bay Side Antiquarian Co., a small bookshop in Booty Bay. It currently contains one bookcase and an old history tome.

Personality

Anni is your typical (fel)bookworm, most often lost in though with a musty old grimoire in her lap. Having spent a great deal of her youth taking care of younger siblings, she carries herself with an excess of propriety and formality. Being a warlock, she is very aware of how others perceive her and tends to approach new people with a degree of caution. To those that approach her, she is usually friendly and willing to give them a moment of her time, though she will mistrust the motivations of anyone asking too many questions.

Over all she is very flexible in her ideologies. She makes choices and decisions based on who/what she may be involved with/in at a particular moment. She will take action based on what seems to serves her end purpose the most switching affiliations and opinions as she sees fit. Her meddling attempts at “fixing” events in her life often lead to a situation worse than the one she was attempting to change in the first place. Many people see her as a “good” warlock since she is in general nice to people, and tends to keep her more questionable activities private except for the occasional off-hand comment.

Motivations

Annie..

& the Scarlet Crusade
At one time, Annie had been arrested on accusations of aligning herself with the Scourge and brought before an Inquisitor of the Scarlet Crusade. She still shows the scars from that conversation hence her open dislike of Scarlets. As much as she hates them though, she would not harm an individual without due cause based solely on their affiliation. They may prove useful alive one day.

& Paladins
Among Annie’s irrational ideas is her instinctual dislike for Paladins. She often mistrusts the motivations of anyone trained as a Paladin and views most of them as potential Scarlet Crusaders. She often mocks and dismisses them as Light-blinded fools who are unable to think for themselves. It requires time for her develop enough trust in an individual to view them as anything other than a metal-clad puppet of the Church.

& Fel Magic/Demons
Annie is more of an incidental warlock, having ended up on the path after taping into fel energies rather than having gone looking for them. She takes great care to ensure that she is not swayed into any action that could corrupt her further. Her work with demons is more on the safer-side, she never takes too great of a risk in attempting to summon or bind more than she is confident that her training can allow her to maintain control off. Other than the felhunter, for whom she has developed and odd fondness, she treats most of the demons as a disposable tool for aiding her own progress in the world. They are definitely not her friends.

* Annie also had a step-father and a few other half-siblings at one point in time but like the mother & Jeva, they all went missing or died due to RP events.

** Annie was originally RPed as having an unnaturally keen sense for magical energies and need/curiosity for knowledge. That part of her personality has been toned down a bit now that Blizzard introduced Blood Elfs.
